We purchase gold, silver and platinum in almost any form. The most common precious metals we purchase is the form of jewelry, but we also will purchase bars, coins and bullion. The price you get for your precious metals depends on how much in weight you are selling to us and how pure it is.
To help understand this, we’ve put together some easy to reference information.

The most common gold purities are:

• 24 carat: 99+% Pure Gold
• 22 carat: 91.6% Pure Gold
• 18 carat: 75.0% Pure Gold
• 14 carat: 58.5% Pure Gold
• 10 carat: 41.7% Pure Gold

The most common silver purities are:

• Sterling: 92.5% Pure Silver

The most common platinum purities are:

• 950: 95.0%
• 900: 90.0% Pure Platinum
• 750: 75.0% Pure Platinum

Diamonds

We also will purchase diamonds from you. There are many different types and in varying conditions and clarity, and we will buy almost all of them! If you feel unsure about your particular diamond or if we will purchase it, please call us directly and one of our friendly staff will be happy to discuss the details of the transaction!

We do not purchase gold plated or precious metal plated items.

Please understand that the price of precious metals and stones changes daily, so if you decide to cancel a transaction that has already been paid, we are unable to offer a refund. Shopping for a business that will purchase your precious metals or jewelry puts you in the driver seat and allows you to make the best informed decision when you finally do decide to sell. We are confident that MPFG will pay you the most for your metals and jewelry, and as such, all sales are final once payment from us is accepted.

If for any reason you are not happy with the offer that we give you for your jewelry, give us a call so we can confirm all the details of returning your jewelry to you. You will need to sign for your return shipment, but we will cover the cost to do so.

We need to make sure all of the information we have is correct so there are no issues with returning your jewelry. Should there be errors or mistakes and the courier is not able to deliver to your address, we cannot assume any responsibility.

When you complete our form and with some basic information, we will provide to you a custom mailing kit so you can SECURELY send us your precious metals and stones for us to appraise.

Our appraisal kits are insured to a certain value and designed to be safe, secure and expedient.
